A Personal Trainer in your Pocket
Why Train Online
Online training is a very convenient and affordable option. Many people find more success training online due to the added accountability and flexibility of schedule.
If you want a personalized program, participation through the Trainerize app is mandatory. This lets me know how you are progressing and holds you accountable.
Once you download the Trainerize app (free), we will discuss how to use the app. You get full access to videos of each exercise and access to your workouts one week at a time. You also have the ability to send messages through the app and send videos of yourself so I can check your technique.
For the Personalized Online Training, we will conduct an initial meeting through Zoom, in order to perform a movement screen. Then, I will be able to design a program that is unique to you. You will need to track your exercises in order to keep up with your progress. The more info I have, the faster you will make progress.
For the pre-designed programs, you can purchase them without meeting with me, and then the workouts will be available to you one week at a time. You will have lifetime access to these workouts.
Options Include:
Independent Programs: $80: Best for those who are injury-free and have some background in basic resistance training.
This is a 6 week program, with built-in progressions
You follow the daily workouts and track your progress on the app, with no feedback or interaction with me.
Personalized Online Training: $150: This price includes 6 weeks of more individualized training and more access to me through the app. Best for those who need accountability, may be recovering from an old injury, or those who need more guidance. Every two weeks, we conduct a check-in (phone call or email) to fine-tune your program. To apply for either option, schedule your free 30 minute phone consultation with the link below:
