Massage Therapy
My massage therapy techniques utilize sports massage, myofascial stretching, and targeted trigger point release to reduce pain and restore proper muscle function. Each session focuses on a group of involved muscles, as opposed to the entire body.
30 minute sessions: $50 / 60 minute session: $90

Strength & Mobility Coaching
Getting stronger is one of the best investments you can make for your overall health and quality of life. Mobility is also a key factor in being able to do the things you love, for as long as you can.
One-on-One Private Session
After a thorough assessment, and a conversation about your goals, I will build a program that is just the right fit for you. You will learn how to utilize a variety of modalities including bodyweight, free weights, TRX, and resistance bands.
55 minute session: $80

Semi-Private (Partner) Sessions
Perfect for those with a friend or loved one with similar fitness level and goals. Cut your cost almost in half and train at the same time!

Assisted Stretching
These 30 minute sessions take place on a massage table or Thai massage mat on the floor. A blend of stretching and massage, you will leave feeling better range of motion and ready to face your day. A great stand-alone or add on to the end of your workout.
Each session consists of full body stretching, with a focus on your individual areas of restrictions or pain. I combine PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, trigger point compression, and passive stretching to give you a truly unique treatment.
